Description

Australian D^D Knuckle Knife with Mazak/Alloy grips (Z Force). Also known as Type A (P1). It has a fully marked handle with the inspection mark to the grip left hand side of  ‘broad arrow over 177’ .The knife weighs 13.5 oz – 384gms. It has a 4 3/16″ or 111mm double edged blade with the tang fitting into a recessed channel & fixed with two rivets. The tang of the blade has the inspection mark “broad arrow over 146”. The Greg Steel contractors mark of the arrow through the C is partially visible high on the left side of the grip but is unfortunately partly obscured by the users initials that were added with a punch.

The leather sheath has a button-down knife retention strap and has two cuts in the back tongue for a belt, facing stamped ‘BONNEY & CLARK LTD. MAKERS’. Knife length 22cm long. The scabbard has the initials AJWR thinly cut into the leather face. A small section of side stitching is open. (Reference: ST 272)
