Shipping and Returns
SHIPPING
All shipping will be by Australia Post unless otherwise requested. All packages will be insured, trackable and must be signed for. All rates used are those determined through Australia Post and no additional charges for packaging, either time or materials, are added. For International shipping we will advise on the different methods but must meet the forgoing criteria. Further Australia Post information on charges can be found here. RETURNS

All items sold through this website, www.smithandsons.net.au, are used/ second-hand, unless stated otherwise, and are sold on the basis of collectability and display only.
Each item is described with good quality photographs. If you decide for any reason that you may be unhappy with your purchase then in order to be eligible for a refund, you have to return the product within 30 calendar days of your purchase. The product must be in the same condition that you received it and undamaged in any way. Please ensure all returns are covered by insurance.
After we receive your item we will advise you and process your refund. The money will be refunded to the original payment method you’ve used during the purchase less shipping costs and any other costs involved.
If the product is damaged in any way, been disassembled or you have initiated the return after 30 calendar days have passed, you will not be eligible for a refund. If anything is unclear or you have more questions please feel free to contact us at sales@smithandsons.net.au.
