Description
Belgium Model 1866 sword bayonet for 1866 Carabine “a Tige” with yataghan blade (Scarce bayonet). Green horn grips The blade has oval fullers to both sides. Aged patina pommel and crossguard, no damage but slight storage mark to grips. Two small areas of surface rust that will clean up. Overall in very good condition with the long spring/release working well. No scabbard. (Reference WW 73 and also to K #990 and # 937 – Scarce)
