Description
Austrian model 1895 NCO dress knife bayonet for Mannlicher rifle. Bayonet has knot hook & down-swept quillon with both bayonet and scabbard being plated. Single edged blade that is reversed (not inverted). A refurbished Austrian bayonet with new crossguard and secured by two rivets. Manufacturers logo on ricasso is partially hidden by plating but appears to the German makers Carl Kaiser & Companie. This is the actual bayonet in the book Watts & White at No.35. (Reference WW 35)
