Description
Austrian Model 1895 knife bayonet for the Mannlicher rifle: NCO. Has knot hook & down-swept quillon. Single edge inverted blade with rounded fullers. Blade is marked OE over WG to ricasso and the Imperial Eagle Crest to the other side. Smooth Bavarian wood grips secured by dome rivets and washers. Bright blade with blued pommel, hilt and crossguard, no scabbard. (Reference WW 42)
