Description
British Pattern 1856 yataghan sword bayonet and scabbard. It is a volunteer pattern due to the absence of any maker and ordnance markings. Scabbard is leather with steel locket and chape. Button and spring working with spring secured by original rivet. Minor pepper pitting to pommel, crossguard and scabbard fittings. (Reference BCB B150).
