Description
This French socket bayonet is an unusual hunting bayonet for a double barrel longarm. A knife shaped blade of 115mm in length with small false edge. The overall length of the bayonet is 155mm.
A very nicely made all steel bayonet with a differently positioned locking clip. The majority of these bayonets have the locking clip located in the centre of the two barrels whilst this bayonet would be located on one of the barrels as the clip is directly under the socket attached to the blade.
