Description

USA/American Ontario Knife Company OKC3T training bayonet made for the US Marine Corps. The blade is covered in a hard plastic shield (non removable) and marked OKC3T Training Bayonet, Ontario Knife Company, Made in USA. Handle is marked USMC on one side and has the USMC logo on the other. There is also the patent pending mark in very small letters cast into the handle.

This bayonet is heavy and solid, weighted to the original bayonet and is purposely built for training, It features the actual Dynaflex grip. Black oxidized finish to pommel and crossguard. Modelled on the M9 bayonet for the AR15 and M16 rifles.

There is no scabbard/sheath issued with this training bayonet. The bayonet is in excellent condition but does show some scuff marks to the blue plastic, which indicates use. It is believed that this bayonet originated at the USMC base Quantico in Stafford County VA.
